Finance Manager
View roleWhat you'll do
Own the financial planning and control function across the company. Manage P&L, build the annual budget, run cash-flow forecasting, and partner with leadership on commercial decisions for the network — from new infrastructure spend to pricing reviews.
- Monthly management accounts and board reporting
- Annual budget and quarterly re-forecast
- Cash-flow planning and treasury
- Commercial analysis on new network and CapEx decisions
- Lead the audit and tax compliance cycle
What we're looking for
- ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- 5+ years in a finance role, ideally with manager-level experience
- Strong financial planning, P&L, and cash-flow skills
- Comfortable presenting numbers to non-finance leadership
- Maltese tax and statutory reporting familiarity

Finance Executive
View roleWhat you'll do
The day-to-day backbone of the finance function. Process postings, maintain the general ledger, manage receivables and payables, and reconcile bank accounts. A great role for someone early-career who wants to learn how a real operating business works end-to-end.
- Posting and ledger maintenance
- Accounts receivable and collections
- Accounts payable and supplier payments
- Bank reconciliations
- Supporting month-end close
What we're looking for
- ACCA part-qualified or studying toward qualification
- 1–2 years in an accounts or bookkeeping role
- Comfortable with accounting software and spreadsheets
- Organised, detail-oriented, deadline-driven
- Curious about how the wider business works

Media Sales Executive
View roleWhat you'll do
Open new doors. The focus of this role is new business — building a pipeline of brands and agencies that haven't worked with FACES before, taking them from a first conversation through to a live campaign. Existing accounts are looked after by the wider team.
- Prospect and qualify new client opportunities
- Build and manage a pipeline against a quarterly target
- Present the FACES network to brand marketers and media buyers
- Translate buyer briefs into network and format recommendations
- Work with operations on proposal turnaround
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in B2B media, advertising sales, or agency-side
- Comfortable with cold outreach and active prospecting
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Numerate — can read a media plan and quote against it
- Established network in Maltese advertising market is a plus

Campaign Operations Coordinator
View roleWhat you'll do
Run the day-to-day flow of campaigns through the network — scheduling, programming, and coordinating creative delivery across static and digital. You're the person who makes sure the right ad is on the right frame on the right day. As we launch the programmatic digital network, this role grows with it.
- Build and maintain the campaign schedule across all networks
- Coordinate creative delivery from clients and agencies
- Brief print production and oversee install timings
- Program digital playlists and rotations
- Run the post-campaign QA and reporting cycle
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in media operations, ad ops, or traffic coordination
- Exceptionally organised — multiple campaigns, deadlines, stakeholders
- Comfortable with scheduling software and ad-tech tools
- Detail-obsessed; calm under pressure
- Curious about programmatic and DOOH is a plus
